1. Cancellation Request — Mandatory Procedure
Any request for cancellation or withdrawal from the programme must be sent exclusively via email to the following address: 📧 ijschool.events@gmail.com
The request is considered valid only after IJSchool has sent an email confirming receipt. In the absence of written confirmation issued by IJSchool, no cancellation request shall be deemed admissible.
👉 The date stated in the IJSchool confirmation email shall prevail, without exception.
2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations, the participant has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day following the payment confirmation to exercise their right of withdrawal.
👉 In the event of a valid withdrawal: full refund of registration fees, issued within a maximum period of 90 calendar days, via the original payment method.
3. Cancellation Conditions (Excluding Withdrawal)
- 30 days or more before the start of the Bootcamp: refund of 70%.
- Less than 30 days before the start of the Bootcamp: no refund.
👉 No refund is automatic. Validation of the registration constitutes express acceptance of these conditions.
4. Cancellation after the start of the programme
Any cancellation or withdrawal made after the start of the Bootcamp does not entitle the participant to any refund, regardless of the reason.
5. Refund Terms
Refunds are issued:
- in euros only,
- to the account used for the initial payment.
No refund will be granted regarding:
- exchange rate fluctuations,
- bank fees or commissions.
⏱ Maximum processing time: 60 calendar days.
6. Acceptance of the Policy
Validation of the Bootcamp registration implies express and unreserved acceptance of this policy, formalised by a mandatory checkbox in the registration form.

1. Demande d’annulation — Modalité obligatoire
Toute demande d’annulation ou de retrait du programme doit être adressée exclusivement par e-mail à l’adresse suivante : 📧 ijschool.events@gmail.com
La demande est considérée comme valide uniquement après l’envoi par IJSchool d’un e-mail de confirmation de réception. À défaut de confirmation écrite émise par IJSchool, aucune demande d’annulation ne sera réputée recevable.
👉 La date figurant dans l’e-mail de confirmation d’IJSchool fait foi, sans exception.
2. Droit de rétractation
Conformément à la réglementation en vigueur, le participant dispose d’un délai de quatorze (14) jours calendaires à compter du lendemain de la confirmation de paiement pour exercer son droit de rétractation.
👉 En cas de rétractation valide : remboursement intégral des frais d’inscription, effectué dans un délai maximum de 90 jours calendaires, via le moyen de paiement initial.
3. Conditions d’annulation hors rétractation
- 30 jours ou plus avant le début du Bootcamp : remboursement à hauteur de 70 %.
- Moins de 30 jours avant le début du Bootcamp : aucun remboursement.
👉 Aucun remboursement n’est automatique. La validation de l’inscription vaut acceptation expresse de ces conditions.
4. Annulation après le début du programme
Toute annulation ou tout retrait formulé après le démarrage du Bootcamp n’ouvre droit à aucun remboursement, quelle qu’en soit la raison.
5. Modalités de remboursement
Les remboursements sont effectués :
- en euros uniquement,
- sur le compte ayant servi au paiement initial.
Aucun remboursement ne sera accordé au titre :
- des fluctuations de taux de change,
- des frais bancaires ou commissions.
⏱ Délai maximum de traitement : 60 jours calendaires.
6. Acceptation de la politique
La validation de l’inscription au Bootcamp implique l’acceptation expresse et sans réserve de la présente politique, matérialisée par une case à cocher obligatoire dans le formulaire d’inscription.
